Wuhoo!

Happy days I'm finally on my last post and you have no idea how good it feels, I don't think blogger has me hooked the way Bebo has but I can see how people do enjoy blogging. But I get the feeling that they are lonely people that want to share their worries, fun times and just their everyday lives with other people that are doing the same, but that's just not for me.
I would rather if you could have some sort of memory on your blogger to save other peoples blog poages so you can just go and see if they have updated it without having to remember their address.
Anyway I'm going now and I'm pretty sure I won't be in a rush to post another one any time soon.

I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!

I was so depressed this weekend when I realised that I'm a Celeb was over. I got so used to sitting down to the tv at nine o' clock with a cup of tea and biscuits and watching the trials and tribulations that went on in the Australian jungle. It was the adults that were fighting and not the younger ones. As referred to by 'J' OAP standing for old aggressive people!
Janice would have been very annoying to live with but she was the best entertainment by far on the show. She was the one that caused all the stir and I was actually quite surprised that she done the trial with Lynn. Not in a million years would I have thought that Janice Dickinson would have put insects in her mouth.
Then we seen the hilarious game of Charades where Biggin's carried out a very funny act! I'll not go into detail. He really was the main one to win as he got on with everyone and everyone liked him and he didn't complain about being stuck in the jungle he got on with it and made the most of it. He was the person that constantly had everyone laughing.
Also the controversial relationship between Cerys and Mark, even though Mark was in a long term relationship. Oh what will happen?

Americas Next Top Model

Season eight of Americas Next Top Model has got to be the best so far. With Brittany and her hissy fits, Vernae bitching about just about anyone she can think of, Jaslene with her diva ways and Jael going crazy, what more could a girl want on a Monday night!
Tyra banks is a great mentor for the girls and is a brilliant role model for young girls of today as she shows us how you should be happy with how you look and that you don't have to be stick thin to be a model. When some magazine slated her for putting on a couple of pounds, she fought back and criticised them for giving out about a girl who put on couple of pounds and then slates the skinny models. She blames magazines for starting the size zero frenzy and thinks they are a bad influence on young women of today. Then on her show, The Tyra Banks show, she came out in her swimsuit and proved that she still had a body to die for and showed the magazine what she really thought of them.
You go girl!

Shopping, shopping and more shopping!

This time of year is the time whee all those hard earned wages just seem to fly out of your hand's. The amount of money that is spent on presents at Christmas time. I went into Newry yesterday and as i thought, finally sorted mum's present out. I got her a lovely new outfit, which cost a bloody fortune and thought I better show them to her just incase something didn't fit or she maybe would have changed something and with only a month to exchange i didn't want to take the risk as she wouldn't have a chance to change them as she will be on holidays. But to my total disapointment she didn't like anything I got her! I am so mad now that I have to once again wreck my brains trying to think of something to buy for her. Got my sister Lisa covered thank god. Clinique are doing lovely gift boxes that you can make up yourself, so I new she wanted a new bronzing brush so decided to get the cleaning spray aswell for it and I couldn't resist buying the most fabulous lipgloss too. It is the glossiest one i have ever seen and is a perfect shade of red.
One down and far too many to go!

Second Life!

OK, I am a huge addict of Bebo but seriously what is with this Second Life? Now that's freaky. People actually think they can be someone that they're not. They are living their lives through a computer screen 24/7. Now personally I think there's something pretty sad about that and it shows how they obviously have no social skills in the real world. Many don't have jobs as they are too busy on Second Life. They are just wasting their lives away portraying themselves as somebody else.
Last year I actually seen a programme on t.v. about how two people met on Second Life and became partners on Second Life. One lived in America and the other one lived in England. They then agreed on meeting and marrying each other, without even ever meeting each other! First time they met was on the morning show This Morning and the fella got down on one knee and proposed and surprise surprise she said yes! Now that's just a recipe for disaster.
The Internet is full of psyhcotic freaks that will go on Second Life just to take advantage of vulnerable people. People should realise that it's their first life they should pay more attention on and not their imaginary second one!

Oslo!

Think I'll talk a bit more about Christmas. Well this year I'll be at home for Christmas, the first time in a while. Last year we went to Oslo, and for anyone who hasn't been to Oslo here's some words of advice, done't go! It is the most expensive city ever. We payed 12 euro for a bottle of coke, packet of crisps and a bar. We were supposed to be going skiing but it doesn't help matters when there's no snow in Oslo! So we just spent are days ice skating. There were no shops open on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and St.Stephens Day. So we finally found a restaurant on Christmas day, an italian! So for Christmas dinner I had pizza!
This year we'll be at home and hopefully we'll actually have a Christmas dinner!

P.S. That's just random people ice skating, it's not us!

It's officially Christmas.

yay!!!! Just seen the Christmas coke ad, so that obviously means its the start of Christmas and to top it all off I seen 'Fred Claus'. Ah it was such a cutie of a film. Absolutely fanfeckintastic!!!!

I went with my girl Kim to see the film. We were actually meant to go and see 'Stardust' but then when we saw that 'Fred Claus' was in we couldn't pass the opportunity of getting into the Christmas spirit. It's definitely one for the non scrooges of Christmas.

It's about Santa's older brother Fred who starts to resent the fact that Santa gets all the attention so when Fred was only a young boy he left his family and made no contact with them. But then when he needed $5000 bail, he decided to ring up good ole Santa Claus. In return for giving Fred the bail, Santa wants a favour off Fred. This being Fred coming to the North Pole to help Santa and the elves out before Christmas.

God I've just realised I sound as though I'm here to advertise the flipping film. But on another positive note, I got a free candy cane. The ultimate Christmas sweet.

Bring on Christmas!!!!!

It's freezing!!!

O my god, is it jus me or is this winter just unbelievably so cold.

But then again it's lovely to come in from the freezing cold and into a house that's as warm as a sauna and has a roaring fire in the living room. This year we have Yankee Candles lit around the kitchen and sitting room and it really reminds me of Christmas with its cinnamon scent. Can't wait until Christmas Day to get the smell of the mouth watering food we eat like roast turkey and roast potatoes and even like the smell of brussells sprouts, even though i hate them. Then on to desserts with Christmas pudding and hot custard. Mmm... Yum!

I sound like such a fat glutten, but oh well, it's the only time of year that your allowed to eat like a pig.

Help Me!!!

Hey Guys,

I'm seriously getting stressed over this blog. Have just been told we can only post one comment a day and this is my first and I have to post 10 and I only have a week left. Oops! O well, I'm sure I'll survive. This last couple of days have been crazy with a big project just handed up yesterday, in the library all day yesterday didn't even get out for a cup of tea. I actually had tears in my eyes towards the end I was that stressed.
Cannot wait until the weekend to go out and let my hair done after such a stressfull week and then back into it all on Monday.
And they say college days are lazy days! I beg to differ!
